Personal Training

Personal training is a great option for those that may be new to training, coming off a serious injury, and/or for an experienced trainee that may be looking for a training experience that is very specific to their goals. Training individually means that every single workout is catered specifically to the client’s exact mobility restrictions, strength and power goals, conditioning (cardio) needs, and more.

Duration: 50 min per session

Frequency: 2+ times per week

Plan Type: Non-membership

Semi Private Training

Semi-private training is a great option for anyone that is looking for an even smaller group environment than our traditional adult training group option. Groups are capped at 5 members. Join with a group of friends of your own; or join an existing group with similar training goals. 

Duration: 50 min per session

Frequency: 2+ times per week

Plan Type: Non-membership

Group Training

Group training sessions are designed to improve movement quality, increase strength & power, and develop cardiovascular resiliency. All sessions include mobility/flexibility training, a dynamic warm-up, weight training, and cardiovascular training. 

All group programs are directed by a certified coach that can and will adjust and/or modify exercises to meet members where they are at. To many, the idea of “group training” can seem intimidating but those that experience a class quickly realize how supportive and energetic it is to be part of a team working toward a better version of themselves.

Frequency: 2-3+ times per week

Plan Type: Membership
